Originally from Paris, Eddy NAU has lived in Toulouse since 1989. An amateur and self-taught photographer, he has been practicing photography since 2005. He was introduced to photography with workshops and photographic encounters at the Espace St Cyprien in Toulouse.

"I like an image when it questions me. And if I wonder what I see, I am also looking for answers to who I am and what is my relationship to reality." "

I like to think that photos send us back to stories suspended in our memory, which escape us to better return tell us about our identity"

His photographic work is first constructed in the street: the city and its flows are privileged grounds where he seeks human trajectories to speak of “intranquility and the effort of life” His taste for poetry accompanies his photographic work in which intimacy, memory and wandering are significant themes.
